Welcome to St Laurence’s National School
St. Laurence’s BNS is a primary school, under the patronage of the Catholic Archbishop of Dublin. Our school is located on the Upper Kilmacud Road and we currently cater for approximately 440 students. We are a friendly school and welcome pupils from all denominations.
Our school aims to promote the development of the child as a whole. We foster a sense of community, respect and responsibility in our school. We encourage all pupils to have the confidence in themselves to reach their full potential.
Our highly skilled and talented team deliver a broad, child-centred curriculum, which is tailored to the different learning styles of our pupils. We recognise that each child is unique and we endeavour to develop their individual talents. An extensive programme of extra-curricular activities is provided, both sporting and cultural, during and after school.
We endeavour that when the final bell rings each day, all members of our school community, have had a rewarding experience and are enthusiastic about the following day in St.Laurence’s BNS.
